MEET JOSH BRAGG OF FULCRUM REALTY

Epitomizing character, integrity, creative energy, high-quality customer service skills, and a strong work ethic, I bring experience and professionalism to every detail of each real estate transaction. I grew up in North Carolina and became interested in housing while still a teenager, first by building them as a carpenter specializing in residential construction and remodeling. Choosing to serve in the military, I was stationed in Washington State as an USAF flight crew chief assigned to help maintain KC-135 (Boeing 707) air refueling aircraft.

Since 2009, I’ve worked in many areas of the real estate industry, representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks in the residential real estate market. When not working hard, I can be found roaming the area, biking or hiking—sometimes with a camera in hand, often with my dog Kai! I also love taking road trips around the region, especially to the mountains, to visit family and friends.
